Turbo - 1987 - MS-DOS Game Review
13This game was released for IBM Personal Computers and compatibles running MS-DOS.
This little game plays super well in Dosbox, and was written completely in assembler.
Of course you can see the raw speed of assembler in how fast the graphics are drawn, even on the lowly 8086 processor, but you can also see that making a huge an immersive game takes quite a long time, and so most titles in assembler are like this one, just a basic concept.
However, the game is super small, and runs really well, so is good for a few hours of competitive fun with your friends.
