However, the victory is bittersweet, as an alert signals the return of Reverse-Blitz, the formidable adversary who threatens Centium City. Engel, one of the team's speedsters, rushes to confront Reverse-Blitz in a high-speed battle. In the intense clash, Engel is severely injured and loses his arm, along with his speed powers.
