After a few delays in the process, we get to run a small turbofan engine, and find that it is performing very well.
We also learn that what we thought was a fuel system vent was a recirculation valve on the fuel cooled oil cooler.
We pumped jet fuel all over the floor, and the engine ran perfectly.
