Even though no one seems to have a functioning full cabinet anymore, it turns out that someone by the name of BLUEBMW has a TG16 arcade board that Rick built. Check it out here! https://www.tg-16.com/pce_tg16_JAMMA_conversion_kit.htm
It also seems that when this was written the origins of the machine were a mystery. Well, I hope this helps fills out the picture more.
Production notes. The call was about 30 minutes, dead spaces were trimmed out, as were repeated points, to keep things smooth and not repetitive. No information was cut out or altered that wasn't already said. The photos come from Rick himself, except those mentioned from tg16.com.
He does not have a working machine anymore. I know he said 1992, but I think the real date is 1989. I did not try to steer his answers, though I did try to check that date a few times with follow up questions.
