No PSG Piece in Chapter 4 either.

As for Chapter 5... Well, The Cutscene before the start has no voice over, While the May 31 build has it. It seems something got messed up in the sound files that it caused this to happen. I am sure the sound files still has the voice overs left-over, So it could be due to a Developer screw up. For the gameplay, It is unchanged from the May 31 Build, So I decided to play around with the Debug Menu itself and show off some wack tricks.
