Tutorial: How to do multiplayer forestry (Farming Simulator 19)
Forestry on Farming Simulator can be a challenge. And when you fill up a 16 slot dedicated farm server with a full group of aspiring lumberjacks, it can get crazy -- fast. We even crashed an entire server because we were logging irresponsibly. :D
This Farming Simulator tutorial walks through a very simple way to do multiplayer forestry - tried and tested over the years since we started on Farming Simulator 15. This method works best when you have two people, and three pieces of equipment: one that can grab the log (eg. wheel loader, telehandler), one wood cutting vehicle (eg. Ponsse Scorpion King), and a log trailer (eg. Fliegl Timber Runner).
Thanks to AzureOcean for helping me with this tutorial (it's her first time doing forestry, and she's only been on the farm a handful of times). This is definitely a beginner friendly method to do forestry in Farming Simulator 19 -- she learned this method in just a few minutes, and so can you.
