Is not a problem.

PC Specs ( Why i need to know this ? )
Because these settings are for 1080p 60fps for i3/i5 target CPUs :
[This is my current PC]
CPU : i5 9400F
GPU : GT 1030 2 GB VRAM
RAM : 16 GB RAM DDR4
STORAGE : 1 TB HDD + 480 SSD.

If you want 1080p 60 fps without problems , upgrade GPU !
Don't use my GPU because is bad.
