This can be used by almost anyone on YouTube. If this video helped leave a like and please check out my other videos :) What you do is you apply for a Simple partnership at http://youtube.com/yt/creators and apply there. Then in a few weeks the option will appear and for the thumbnail size you do
Length: 1280 px
Width: 720 px

Then you make it with pictures and use the toolbox. Finally save and export it and then upload your video and when the video is uploaded upload your thumbnail.
