The modded game is not generally available right now.

Due to the Android SAF policy, the installer cannot extract some of the essential files automaticlly.
You can extract it mannually to make patched game works by following these instruction:

Download the com.zane.stardewvalley.zip

Extract it to Android/data/ folder of external storage root

Put mods into Android/data/com.zane.stardewvalley/files/Mods/
