Note: Fallout 4 is a very graphically taxing game and requires powerful hardware to run under normal circumstances so I strongly recommend; for the proper use of these tweaks that you have a minimum of:
-Radeon HD 4000 or 5000 series 512mb gpu or Nvidia equivalent
-AMD Phenom II x3 or 4 series cpu or Intel i3 (first gen or greater) with integrated intel hd 4000 graphics
-4gb of DDR3 installed system ram memory

I cannot guarantee a playable frame rate if you're using hardware below my recommendations.

TO UNINSTALL:
Simply delete the tweaked ini file from documents/my games/fallout 4 then launch Fallout 4. A brand new ini file will be auto-generated by the game itself.

For proper use of these tweaks I'd recommend any hardware that is just slightly below the official target hardware requirements to run Fallout 4. You should have a minimum of at least a 4 core cpu, 4GB of DDR3 RAM and a R7 260x or GTX Gefore 750ti.
