Features:
Custom-written driving physics model featuring skidding and drifting. Some corners let you attach to both wheels, preventing skidding, while others attach just to the front wheel, causing skidding.
You race against the ghosts (i.e. no collision detection) of bronze/silver/gold medal times to earn medals.
You also race against the ghosts of your Steam friends' best times.
40 different tracks, across a variety of settings: grass, desert, sea, underground; day, night, twilight!
Custom-written rendering engine featuring fully dynamic lighting and shadowing.
Individual per-track electronica soundtrack that adjusts as you progress through the track.

Twilight Drive is developed and published by Eponymouse. Eponymouse is really just one person: Neil Brown (hi!). This is my first game, developed as a side project. In my day job I work as an academic researcher at a university.
