Testing Twilight Princess on the OnePlus 3T. This is of the few games I've tried with Vulkan that seem to work. Significantly smoother that OpenGL. It starts off beautifully in the beginning, but shortly into the video you'll notice the frames take a dive.

This is likely due to thermal throttling, as the phone is getting real-warm, real-fast. The hotter the chip gets, the more it scales itself back trying not to overheat, resulting in a progressively worse framerate count as time goes on. Because it gets so hot so fast, the game is essentially not playable, but hey I just started...

I don't know how much more demanding Twilight Princess is over Wind Waker, but maybe my recording app might be contributing to the heat. I intend to get as far as the first dungeon so I can see if the game runs better in one like Wind Waker.
