Again, sorry for the audio volume and quality (its through the mic right next to the speaker), I'm at the mercy of the app I used to record the video.
This is a good representation of Wind Waker's FPS when you have a cutscene, in a large venue, with multiple enemies. Its playable, but not 100% perfect. I've mentioned that 80% of the time in a dungeon you might get to play at full speed, well this represents what to expect that other 20% of the time.
Still the worst Wind Waker performs is on large Islands during the day, and in the ocean in segments where there are multiple landmarks, enemies, weather effects, and other things.
