Chapter 1: Stage A of TWilight refrAIN (also known as TWAIN) using the Mikahashi sisters (balance), with initial Rank C.

I absolutely love TWAIN and also, I notice I may have went overboard with that opening, but I didn't feel like going back and changing it in every projects (I usually edit every stages first, then render them).

Where to begin.. Maybe a bit of explanation for those who may not know the game. This will be a long description.

P-Rate: I start with the P-Rate because you need to know what it does before knowing what other stuff does. P-Rate goes up as enemies appear on screen (continuously goes up in a specific stage) and it lowers as you destroy them, collecting their crystals. If I'm not mistaken, P-Rate not only works towards your score, but also limits how many choices you can make at a given time. For example, when you reach a certain point where you can make 1 out of 3 choices, having a lower P-Rate ensures you'll have all 3 options available. Likewise, having a higher P-Rate limits your number of choices. You usually want all of them since some answers gives you more rings.

Spirit: 1000 crystals needed to activate it, 3000 for auto-bomb. Yep, Spirits sort of work like bombs, with the only difference with other games being that they don't make you invincible all that much. The moment you activate it, the current bullets are erased from the screen, but enemies will still shoot after that and you can still die from them. Activating it allows you to quickly get rid of enemies and quickly collect tons of crystals, drastically reducing the P-Rate. If you get hit while having less than 3000 spirits, it's game over.

Rings: As far as I can tell, these decide which stages and which endings you'll get. On that specific run I recorded, I got the true ending for one of the sisters. The less rings you get, the less stages you get (I think you need 10-12 for Chapter 7), and the worst the ending will be. You collect an amount of rings based on the options you select and you can gain additional rings by your performance at the end of a stage.

Twins: That's quite simple, really. Percentage of the most used twin. It affects your endings and I think it may also effect secret magics.

By performing certain feats, bosses will activate a secret magic instead of their regular final attack. I have no idea how to activate them all, all I know is that I always get the secret magic for the 1st stage bosses and the 2nd stage mid-boss. It may be dependent on crystals collected, twins percentage, p-rate, grazing (buzz in this game), time, etc.

Hmm.. what else.. You have the choice between Defense, Balance and Attack styles when starting (I choose Balance), and Rank C is the easiest difficulty. There's also Rank B and A, but I couldn't see myself going through these anytime soon ;D
