The Twin Princes consist of Lothric and Lorean, but don't worry it's not all that bad. Well for me, they act as one entity so if you're like me don't worry. They don't pincer attack, what they DO however do is work together.

In the first phase it's you pitted against Lorean, with Lothric helping out big bro from above in the form of transporting him all over the place. This mechanic is jarring at first. In all likelihood you'll die before you get used to it. You'll want to call it unfair but it's actually not. Most of the time he teleports to your side, occasionally though behind you is possible. Essentially as soon as you see the bright white light, spin your camera around. He's either about to take a hack at you or is winding up for his big shockwave that is I'm guessing magic? Timing the dodge is hard, but be thankful for that delay... you'd hate for it to be near instant as soon as he leaves your sight right?

Phase 2 is where you're fighting both Prince Lothric and Lorean together in a display of brotherly...love? (I'm going to assume innocent love). Anyway, tactically what you need to know is things get a lot more hectic now.

Throughout the second phase Lothric will cast a multitude of orbs that track you while he teleports Lorean right by you. So how do we dodge all this? Simple, roll backwards...repeatedly. If you have a carthus blood ring like me it should work. Not sure without it however.

Also watch little brother in this phase, if he points at you he's about to launch a projectile at you and it hurts! He can also do this right after big brother's attacks so don't get complacent or cocky after dodging.

I recommend trying to whittle down Lothric's health bar when possible here, you can do this by hitting the backside of the boss. If not possible you get a little longer of a fight but not by much. After Lorean falls, get a hit or 2 in (depending on your weapon) then roll away. His resurrection spell also doubles as a aoe shockwave that hurts. (I've never been hit but I've seen phantoms get 1 shot by it)
