This was done using the retail PAL game, but is in the prototype too. See that black dressed female NPC? That's our target here - it can trigger that small scene in three locations (two in retail). This is something I noticed while prototyping around, and decided to see if final game. The framerate I recorded this was set up wrong, so it may be a bit janky.
