This rendition of Outlaw is an SUV and instead of the traditional taser that it used in the previous games, Outlaw now has a special where it's driver pops out the top of the vehicle on a mounted turrent and shoots bullets at the enemies, if the fire button is pressed rapidly you'll shoot out missiles in order to make the special 10x stronger than what it is and combine it with mega machine guns you will obliterate your opponents with ease. Outlaw has very great speed, decent armor, and great handling making him one of the best well-balanced vehicles in the game.
