As a small streamer I'm always looking forward to my quarterly $100 payout but after sitting down and looking at the numbers it seems that twitch may be running some shady cartel/mob business and is skimping the streamers on there platform a few cents at a time. Yeah a few cents to one person isn't much but to a multitude of people???? That's where it becomes a problem...
