It's hard to describe how effective this deck is in words but basically you have two of the most annoying floodgates in this game, Buster Blader the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman and Ursarctic Septentrion, together. Buster Blader has odd synergy with Ursarctics because it has a level 7 main deck monster that wants to be in the GY with no easy way of getting there, and a level 1 Tuner that also serves as a powerful Normal Summon. All of these factors mean that Ursarctics get access to more fuel for their summonings and easy level 8 Synchros if they wish. Meanwhile Buster Blader gets to go wide, which is something it's never been able to do before.

Take a look at the deck and the games. This deck list was given to me by The Old King in DL, while he was watching one of my Twitch streams. I played it exactly as he requested, and did not change anything. If I was going to update the deck myself I would replace Swords of Revealing Light with a third copy of Ursarctic Radiation.
