In this quick tutorial you'll learn how to update the firmware inside your PS5 DualSense controller. The first method involves selecting the "DualSense Wireless Controller Device Software" option from the system dashboard and connecting the remote to the console using a USB-C cord. The second method involves using Sony’s "Firmware Updater for DualSense Wireless Controller Tool" on a Windows 10 or 11 PC. At this point, a MAC can't be used.
