Tyria Then and Now: The Shiverpeaks
In episode two, we explore all of the mighty mountain range known as the Shiverpeaks and the results are... disappointing. I was sad to see that many locations throughout the Shiverpeaks were either altered extremely or were missing. For example, Beacon's Perch is gone, the "temple" of Grenth is just a statue now (and not even the same statue!) and the Granite Citadel now sits at the top of a hill instead of at the bottom of one. Oh, and did I mention Droknar's Forge is under water now? I try not to be too negative about all of the changes, but it seems like the devs just don't really care. I mean really, how hard would it be for you to make these ruins look even remotely similar to the original? Anyway, sorry about the rant.
The next episode will be on Kryta, the last standing human kingdom north of Elona that we know about.
