Unable to contain his frustration any longer, Tyrion Lannister vents out his frustration at how he has been treated due to his status as a dwarf, stating that he wants to see everyone in the room die if possible, and that he wishes that he had murdered King Joffrey. Understanding that everyone has already made up their minds over his guilt, Tyrion decides to put his fate in the hands of the Gods, demanding a trial by combat.

In my opinion, this is possibly the best acted scene in the entire show.

Tyrion's outburst at his unfair treatment probably resonated with Peter Dinklage on a personal level.
