The first secret area shown is just behind a false wall in the outdoor section on the west side of the map. The second area is part of a tunnel leading to a panel that opens to an outside lava pool. The third area is a narrow strip of floorspace beneath a wall panel that opens to reveal a small chamber containing a Blur Artifact, and a lift that leads back to the west side of the map.
Stepping into all 3 areas will give the player a 100% Secrets-found score.
Side note: As shown here, it is possible to reach the first secret area without getting burned in the lava moat, but it takes luck and speed. When playing at Skill 3 ('Hurt Me Plenty') or lower, there's an additional Rad Suit down in the lava on the west side of the moat (just below the blue key), and you can simply step off the ground there to drop onto it.
