Well, I haven't played this since the mid 90s, so it's a nice bit of nostalgia mixed with cool new tech. It's much nicer to play it with a mouse. It was arrow keys and spacebar back on the old IBM 486. Knee Deep in the Dead came free as a demo on MSDOS.
