Solution fix for bug in Windows 10 unable to saved option for 3D effect in O2Jam V3

Issue :
- 3D Effect unable to be turn on or to be saved in Options in game O2Jam V3
- The 3D effect does work somehow after fresh restart Windows
- But the issue happened after restart the game the 3D effect turn off by it's own.

[Solution]
In conf.ini
Just change Emulate=1 into 0 and save it.

- Certain cases where you tick to make ya self run in windows mode but still ended up in Fullscreen mode :
Just open up conf.ini and change
[WindowMode]=0 to [WindowMode]=1

Also recommend resolution if you prefer having wide stretch whatsoever.. for example if you had resolution 1366x768 just put 1366x700 instead or less I guess
