I was hyped for this however this demo just seems a little off. The writing for this game wants to be funny and edgy but just comes out as a cluster of over talking characters with way too much dialogue. Also having back story play out while your super locked into the rhythm part of the game is not a good choice. Do you botch parts of the game just to read whats going on or do just ignore the backstory.
There is just a little too much going on at all times it seems. Dont even get me started on the minigame. We want you to listen to the sounds of the mixer but the game then blows up the music drowning out what you can hear. A little more hand holding would have been nice for some of the game play it did not help that the controls for this game feel really off for controller. Even in the steam discussions this brought up. Overall I quickly lost interest in this game.
The character talking over each other, the weird writing failing to do its job, the characters just yapping adding little to note and the game not really doing a good job at prompting you on what to just made it dull and clunky. Maybe its just the demo I dont know.
