Opening up a package of Annie Chung's Udon Noodle soup with tofu Mushroom chunks and some veggies in broth. The noodles are pre-cooked so all you have to do is add the two packets along with some water and microwave it for 2 minutes. Pretty decent udon noodles for something bought from a store and it's vegan for those who want it.
