I was a big fan of Spice and Wolf back in the day. It feels like forever ago that I pre-ordered this figure, but it finally arrived!
Spice and Wolf is a very nice little light novel series that had a two-season anime run as well. It's a very good little story--very relaxing--and it contains some economics lessons in disguise. Lots about mercantilism and the old guild systems.
Good Smile kind of skimped on the packing materials, but fortunately, the figure and box arrived undamaged. Then the figure itself leans at a bizarre angle, so attaching the figure to the stand was awkward, and there's a weird acrylic post/seat to hold Holo up that was a little confusing to put together.
Anyway, I managed to get it all together at the end.
