Unboxing Poetry for Neanderthals: better than I expected! An Exploding Kittens Game ft. Nope Stick
It's no secret, I generally like Exploding Kittens Games, from the original Kickstarter success to their frequent additions to the series, plus their side steps - A Game of Cat and Mouth remains one of my absolute favourites, and you can see more of that on this channel – but today I finally got my hands on Poetry for Neanderthals.
It's not a new game, but it's one that you'll see on the shelves of many a bookshop, or as part of a small collection of games in a wider shop. It's one that asks you to describe things in reduced syllables, and your fellow players get to bop you with the Nope Stick if you fail – thankfully, it's a blow up club rather than anything that could do massive damage, unless you're particularly competitive/vicious.
Let us know your thoughts on this game, and if you've already played, we'd love to hear what you thought of it!
Now for the fun extra bits!
