After several encounters with Shoreline they eventually arrive there, where they learn that the founders had started fighting among themselves.
In Tew's house they discover the corpses of most of the founders, and learn that Tew and Avery poisoned the others to keep the treasure for themselves.
Following another altercation with Shoreline, Nate and Elena discover a hidden escape tunnel underneath Avery’s house…
