The Wingman trophy in Uncharted 4 is awarded for performing 10 buddy takedowns. A buddy takedown is achieved by finishing off an opponent that's being held by your ally. The easiest way to get this trophy is to participate in the laundry room fight in chapter 2 (Infernal Place). Make sure to set at least light difficulty level (not explorer mode!). Once the fight has started wait until Sam or Rafe has grabbed one of the inmates. Approach them and perform a melee finisher. You can keep fighting until Gustavo shows up or you can restart the checkpoint after a single takedown (your progress is automatically saved so don't worry about that). You must earn 10 takedowns in total to unlock the trophy.
