Fine actual comments here. This took 49 attempts across a little over an hour to pull off: twice as long as getting to this point in the Genocide run! The equipment used is the Ballet Shoes and Cloudy Glasses, as the extra defense afforded by the tutu didn't outweigh the extra invincibility frames.

I studied Jaimers no hit 1.0x and 1.5x speed battles to note down the attack patterns. All of her green attacks aside from the "slow" dense ones are 100% the same every attempt, so I was able to not only get muscle memory for them but also reference the attack pattern. From there, it was just a matter of grinding out a fight where:
1. I didn't make any dumb mistakes
2. The 9th, 10th, 15th and 16th attacks didn't murder my lifebar
3. I didn't run out of healing items (this happened once early on)

Also worth noting is the hidden challenge rating from the regular Undyne fight comes into play here, too: when I avoided the 11th attack (LDRU ULDR URLD) for the first time, the following attack was substantially faster, throwing off my muscle memory.
