In this part, I defeat Asgore and Flowey.

Asgore is an interesting opponent, I can't affect his stats as no items blocks the Pie and killing anyone blocks Talk x3: both of these lower his attack and defense normally. It turns into a straight up slugfest, with both sides pounding away until the opponent falls.
Many of Asgore's attacks I could avoid sometimes, but other times they'd hit me twice. I experimented with equips here a bit too, and the Worn Dagger and Stained Apron approach proved to be the best option. The Cowboy Hat only adds about 10 damage, which was 1/15 of a hit. This in turn meant that it would shave 1 turn off the fight, while not helping to keep me alive. The Stained Apron on the other hand is an amazing armor for Asgore, as he can't kill you unless you're already at 1 HP. This in turn meant that he could only kill me by hitting me twice in a two attack span: and that was something I could work with.

Flowey is another straight up brawl, this time entirely bullet dodging based. All I had to do was survive the opening, and the souls would keep me healed enough to ignore most damage. I did die once here, but in my defense Flowey pulled out the laser right as the first soul was attacking.

Enjoy the ending! I know I had a lot of fun with this playthrough, and again it provided the exact amount of challenge I was looking for. Something difficult, ,but not obscenely difficult (outside of Undyne). Maybe I'll see if I can finish Genocide at this speed...
