DustDust is the second hardest fight in the game. The hardest in the game being Error 404. Beating him gives the DustDust badge. Getting this badge lets you get DustDust Jacket, DustDust Bone, DustDust Combo, and DustDust the character. This character is the strongest character to obtain in the game, excluding admin characters.
Here are some tips:
Take your time. Rushing can lead to you getting hit by too many attacks.
Study the attack patterns. It will get easier once you know how to dodge the attacks.
Take breaks if needed.

Undertale is a role-playing videogame created by indie developer Toby Fox. The player controls a child who has fallen into the Underground: a large, secluded region under the surface of the Earth, separated by a magic barrier. The player meets various monsters during the journey back to the surface. Some monsters might engage the player in a fight. The combat system involves the player navigating through mini-bullet hell attacks by the opponent. They have an option to pacify or subdue monsters in order to spare them instead of killing them. These choices that you make affect the game, with the dialogue, characters, their fight and story changing based on outcomes.
I know what Undertale is, but what about Undertale Judgement Day?
Undertale: Judgement Day is a Sans vs. Chara type game. A team of humans fights against one monster and try to defeat them. Players can collect wins to buy new monsters, weapons, souls, and armors to become more powerful. You can also buy monsters and level them up through an evolution system to make them become very powerful. Using the Mirrored Realm, you can fight bosses and get EXP to level up. You can roll timelines and have a chance to get one with a special fight. Thanks for playing!
