ya it feels like the phase 2 healing is more of a curse then a blessing dew to how little it actually heals you tho that might be because where effectively taking Double damage dew to our lack of armor and I know that 10 defense (the defense stat of the Deltarune Pin) doesn't sound like a lot but without it you go from taking around 10-11 damage per hit to ~20-21 (tho it feels like the variance is greater then that) per hit which again is a lot and just some ruff back of the envelope calculations for phase 1 its worst in phase where you basically need to consistently no hit attacks to go plus in HP but if you can consistently no hit attacks you wouldn't need to heal so again more of a curse then a blessing at least in Patch only runs the added defense of the Delta pin (10) and Golden bandana (12) means you can take a hit while healing and still be plus on health 9 times out of 10
