Unexpected Surprise in PS Plus Extra August 2025
329Did you know that there is a new additional game in PS Plus Extra? It is called The Rogue Prince of Persia.
It was not announced together with other games of the subscription and was simply added to the Extra catalog without warning immediately after its release on Playstation.
In general, this is a roguelike metroidvania from the developers of Dead Cells, where you play as the Prince of Persia, who must stop the invasion of his city. The game focuses on acrobatics, the hero will often have to climb ledges, run on walls and jump on platforms, but the fights can also cause trouble because the opponents are not helpless boys for fighting and can easily knock the Prince out. Therefore, to win, you will have to not only hit them in the face, but also go around from behind, jump on top, kick them to throw them off a cliff or onto spikes, and so on.
Critics rated the project at 83 points, which is quite good and the game is definitely worth trying for fans of the genre. Well, watch the rest of the new PS+ Extra games in the video at the link at the bottom of the screen.
