This weapon has both physical and magical attack on it but the magical attack is higher. It's basically designed to be use for one of the elves ( Rosalinde or Eltolinde ), except that it doesn't have any abilities on it that benefits from them having summoned fairies like the weapons they come with. It's still an upgrade since all their magical abilities will benefit from the increased magical damage, but the character that gets it won't get the full benefits from having it till around level 30 when they unlock elemental roar which allows them to make use of their summoned fairies.
