Universal Filter (Part 3): Learning the Filters, Universal Database, Individual Knowledge Base
This is Part 3 of Universal Filter, a way to apply filters to observations to derive meaning out of it, and learning via this meaning space given by the filter.
Here, we discuss how we can learn the filters. The filters can only be formed from known knowledge from an individual's Knowledge Base, and are interpreted by a Universal Database to obtain a response. The response is then passed back via the individual's filters for an individual's understanding.
This means that we can gain knowledge by querying this database. Such a database could be our own individual memory, or perhaps even a central memory system shared by all individuals.
The other way to gain knowledge is by reflection and gaining insights from the observation stream. We shall cover this in Part 4 of Universal Filter.
Enjoy!
