6TAS of Universal Paperclip using 30 actions per second spread evenly through the second. Quite a few route improvements over the any% route and pretty good luck with stocks and yomi.
Notable route improvements:
Save clips before photonic chip to reach megaclippers faster.
Wait with buying photonic chip until you are on a quantum cycle.
Changed investstrategy.
Buy a lot more drones during phase 2 for more gifts.
Drone micro and give up losing battles.
