3The main difficulty is to survive the beginning but entering t2 is also something you need to prepare for.
Since speed is of the essence skip building beer factory and even researching hospital until relatively late in the game.
If you have hospital researched you need to manually dismiss your dead units since they last much longer. If you have hospital built you wont gain any money during attacks since your workers will try and fail to collect the corpses during the entire battle and that will cost you the game.
Beer factory will distract your early nagas and keep them from mining. Since they will most likely die anyway their happiness isn't really an issue.
Also there is around a 3 hour break in the video feel free to skip that.
