Unreal playthrough Part 1
The first half of today is a repeat of the fail attempt, where I had a glitch. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but it seems you can actually play the single player as a Skaarj, if you set one up as your multiplayer character skin. The Skaarj has different attributes, can jump higher, is larger so can't squeeze into some areas, and has a higher max health at 130. Though that wasn't what I was trying to do, so I restarted.
Unreal, released mid 1998. This was the first big challenge to Quake. And big it was. Released by Epic Games (this is where they dropped 'mega' from the title), a variant of the Unreal Engine is still widely used today. I personally like this game better than Quake. It's more colorful, has some open, outdoor areas, and better AI. Though it is not without flaws. And I've never actually finished this game before.
