On the new map "Sand" in the upcoming Unreal Tournament 4 is an interesting hiding place, on the left from the Rocket Launcher. To get there, you have to go outside, jump down and then right into the cave below.

I am not sure if you can call it a glitch because it seems to be there intentionally, although kind of pointless, offering no advantage. I tried to get back with Hammer jump but couldn't succeed. Maybe you do?
