This is an oldie but goodie that I bought through Steam's limited time deal of $16US for 5 Unreal Tournament games, including UT3 (which I have yet to play XD). It was a good deal, considering two of the games in the bundle were $15 each normally. The deal expired recently, I'm sorry to say.

I remember the good old days of playing this on my now 10 year old computer, which could barely run it (@640x480 I think). Now my new rig can play it at max resolution (1440x900, which is what this video is at) flawlessly.

This is an example of the Deathmatch gameplay. This stage, Space Noxx, isn't present in the offline campaigns, but you can choose it when making a custom match. I chose this area for the video because it is just one mostly open area.

I didn't perform too well in the first round, as I was getting used to the slowdown caused by FRAPS, but in the second and third round I perform closer to what I'd do without FRAPS getting in my way.

Course, the AI (and the graphics) are none to impressive by today's standards, but at the time it was considered to be awesome. The visceral effect of blowing up enemies is still present even today though. The weapons are still fun to use. I need to make a video featuring the redeemer though. I might use cheats with that however, because it is usually tough to reach by normal means.
