Moreso a port than a cover, since the drums, bass, and chords are what seem to drive this song. Sections from the original song (drum and chord sequences) are played on the ADPCM channels here, with the exception of some samples that are standalone. The FM and SSG take care of the other melodic parts from the original song (though I do use them to play hi-hats in the latter half of the song). One of the FM patches I used here was created by Albergarri788, albeit slightly modified. With that all said, I found another favorite song from Unreal Tournament. Michiel van den Bos has become another favorite composer of mine.
