Unused 2007 Omnimaga tribute video (TI-84 Plus games)
New website URL! https://djomnimaga.music-2000.com This is an unused (mostly) calculator tribute video that was meant to be used for Omnimaga 6th anniversary in September 2007, but it was finally scrapped and the video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ylP5lbeWL4 was used instead. There was also an unused 2009 tribute, but I'll spare you the rickroll.
Most games in this video date back in the early 2000's, most being written in BASIC using the limited ASM libraries available at the time, so the quality was much lower. However, some of the graphical RPGs in there were ahead of their time (by hybrid TI-84+ BASIC standards) and eventually led to better ASM libraries (most notably xLIB, since replaced by Celtic III then later Doors CS 7). Since 2010, Axe Parser language has almost completely replaced TI-BASIC as the most popular language.
You can buy the song at http://djomnimaga.bandcamp.com/album/a-decade-of-omni-dance-2002-12/ and download the games (and many newer ones) at http://www.omnimaga.org/
