Unwelcome Guests | Farthest Frontier - Part 5 (Settlement Survival Game)
316Farthest Frontier continues and we have to deal with our very first invasion! Some troublemakers rock up at Geekvale and attempt to cause some trouble. They make their way to the trading post, which had recently been stocked thanks to some trading we'd been doing, with an eye on all of our lovely stuff, but fortunately we have our wonderful defence towers! But can they deal with all the troublemakers, and how do the rest of the villagers handle it?
Away from ne'er-do-wells, our food supplies still seem to be a little low so we get some more fields prepared to grow more lovely vegetables. Our orchard is still a bit immature to produce much so we pin a lot of hope on the fields and of course the marvel that is Edran the Wonder-Hunter!
To try to use up our supplies of tallow and beeswax by building a soap shop and a candle shop. We struggle to get the candle shop build due to a lack of clay but the soap shop springs up pretty quickly so our villagers can feel all shiny and clean!
Also there's another fire, we do some good work in the trading post and we have to deal with another bear.

Make sure villagers are properly shoed and clothed to reduce chances of contracting tetanus, rabies or frostbite. Build a healer’s house to quarantine the infected and provide herbs and medicine for treatment.
Fend Off Would-Be Invaders - Choose to play on pacifist and avoid combat altogether or engage with varying levels of raider difficulty to raise the stakes for your town’s survival. Progress from wood palisades to stone walls, build towers and barracks, recruit and equip soldiers in the defense of your town.
