Message boxes and virtual keyboard are now implemented in ozone - next and final step are console playlists (on the sidebar) and the menu driver will be ready for everyday use!

We also fixed a scissoring bug that happened when using this menu with the Vulkan video driver. This menu driver should now render properly with the OpenGL, Vulkan, and Metal video drivers. We hope to be able to get it working fully with D3D10/11/12 as well very soon!
