2For those who missed the original video. This individual demanded a refund from my friend @treyblowski claiming the item was damaged on receipt and didn't match the item in the photo in color or material. The customer failed to provide evidence of the damage nor offered to return the item. The store description informs all potential buyers that the item will vary in color and material as well as all items are handmade to order I.E it's going to take awhile before it's sent out. @Etsy refunded this person regardless of being informed of all this. My friend @treyblowski is reasonably angry if they don't resolve this properly a BBB complaint will be filed.
