Havoc Company, 54th Brigade Engineer Battalion, conducted a change of command ceremony on Omaha Beach in Normandy just days before the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

The company is part of the 173rd Airborne Brigade - the U.S. Army's Contingency Response Force in Europe.
