Terraform is a super awesome infrastructure provisioning tool from the folks at HashiCorp, the same peeps that develop Consul, Vault, and Packer.

Linode is a cloud service provider (VPS) that is similar to Vultr and DigitalOcean, but also not unlike AWS and Azure, though they tend to target different markets.
